One Panel, Dual Benefits: Aury Unveils the ADB Screen Panel
Rutherford, NSW, Australia - 20 Aug, 2021 Aury Australia, a DADI company, is proud to unveil a new aperture design for a polyurethane screen media named the ADB panel for both dewatering and D&R screen applications. The ADB panel provides higher dewatering and better rinsing, improving the recovery of magnetite and the ultra-fines. The ADB panel is tested and proven for high wear life due to high quality Australian made urethane material that Aury uses.
Features of the ADB panel are:
Smaller aperture thickness than conventional poly slotted apertures, which helps increase panel surface flexibility and the percentage of required throughput. The flexible surface allows the aperture to naturally “de-peg” and remain open, meaning the designed screen open area is maintained even during operation.
No pressure applied Pressure applied
A dual-benefit design that integrates a “with-flow” and “cross-flow” capabilities in one panel.
Staggered dog bone shaped aperture arrangement significantly reduces material tracking between apertures.
More open area compared with panels of the same sized traditional apertures.
An aperture design that allows side-by-sides opening to support each other while minimizing oversize particle passing through.
The ADB panel can accommodate different modular screen fixing systems such as PIPO2, P-Loc and E-Lok fixing systems, etc.
Aury has tested the ADB panels in CHPPs in the Hunter Valley and Bowen Basin with great results.
The modular ADB panels are currently offered in 610mm (585mm EA System) or 508mm (483mm EA System) width and 0.50mm aperture size with 0.75mm and 1.00mm openings being available in the near future. For more consumable products, please visit here.
